30-day store return period

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the item in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging where applicable.

EU right of withdrawal

For qualifying EU consumer purchases, you generally have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. This legal right is not reduced by the store’s 30-day return period.

How to start a return

Faulty or damaged items

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos where helpful. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return shipping

For voluntary returns, return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times can vary.
